【重要 IMPORTANT】「Booking.com」を通じたご予約に関する不審なメール・メッセージについて / Regarding Suspicious Emails and Messages Related to Reservations Made Through 「Booking.com」
平素よりUNO HOTELをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、宿泊予約サイト「Booking.com」を通じて当ホテルをご予約いただいた一部のお客様に対し、当ホテルを装った不審なメールやアプリメッセージが送信される事象を確認いたしました。
現在、本件につきましては「Booking.com」に状況確認および調査を依頼しております。また、当ホテルでは管理システムのログインパスワード変更をはじめ、必要なセキュリティ対策を実施しております。
なお、本件は当ホテルに限った事象ではなく、国内外の複数の宿泊施設においても同様の事象が報告されております。
「Booking.com」を通じてご予約いただいたお客様におかれましては、不審なメールやアプリメッセージを受信された場合、記載されているURLへのアクセスや、クレジットカード情報等の入力を絶対に行わないようお願いいたします。
万が一、クレジットカード情報を入力された場合や決済を行われた場合は、速やかにカード会社、金融機関、または最寄りの警察署へご相談ください。

Thank you for choosing UNO HOTEL.
We have recently confirmed that some guests who made reservations through Booking.com have received suspicious emails or in-app messages impersonating UNO HOTEL and requesting reservation confirmation or payment.
We have reported this matter to Booking.com and requested a thorough investigation. In addition, we have already implemented necessary security measures, including changing passwords for our management systems.
Please note that this issue is not limited to UNO HOTEL, and similar incidents have been reported by multiple accommodation providers both in Japan and internationally.
If you have made a reservation through Booking.com and receive any suspicious email or message, please do not click any links contained in the message and do not enter any personal or credit card information.
If you have already entered your credit card information or completed a payment in response to such a message, please contact your credit card company, financial institution, or local police authority immediately.
