Reservation Deadline	Until 17:00 on the day before use
Cancellation Policy	30 to 11 days in advance: 20% of the fee 10 to two days in advance: 50% of the fee The day before to the day of the reservation/no notice: 100% of the fee
Cruise Notices	・If the captain determines that the weather conditions or other factors impede safe operation, the operation may be canceled. ・Passengers are required to wear life jackets when on board. ・If you fail to follow the captain’s instructions, such as needlessly interfering with safe operation, you may be ordered to disembark.
Remarks	・Extension fee is 15,000 yen per hour (no discount) ・There are two boats, but you cannot choose the type of boat.
