About the Accommodationsa

  • What time is check-in/out?

    Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM

  • Can I check in later than 3:00 PM?

    Although there is no curfew, please notify the hotel if you plan on arriving later than 8:00 PM

  • Is the hotel entrance open 24 hours?

    Yes, you may come and go as you please with your room key during your stay. There is no curfew.

  • Can I extend my check-out time?

    Late check-outs are available for the following additional prices:
    30% of room charge for up to 3 hours, 50% for up to 6 hours, and 100% for extensions exceeding 6 hours.

  • Is there a rate for children?

    1 child (under the age of 6) per adult is free of charge. Adult rates apply to children 6 years of age and older.

  • Can I send a package from the hotel?

    Yes, express delivery service is available at the reception (cash-on-delivery only.)

  • Can minors (guests under the age of 20) stay overnight on their own?

    Minors are welcome, but those under 17 years old or high school students must be accompanied by a guardian, and those 18 or 19 years of age (excluding high school students or younger) must fill out and submit a parental consent form.

  • What should I do with my valuables during my stay?

    There is a safety box in each room. Please remember to take your valuables with you when leaving the room.

  • My booking does not include breakfast. Can I have breakfast at the restaurant?

    Yes, you can order breakfast at the restaurant without a meal reservation.

  • Can I make a meal reservation?

    Yes, we accept lunch and dinner reservations.

  • Is there a veding maching in the building?

    Yes, there is one on the 1st floor.

  • Do you have a microwave oven?

    Yes, there is a shared microwave oven in the "SHARING SPOT" on the 1st floor.

  • Is there Wi-Fi?

    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for hotel and restaurant guests.

  • Is there a laundry service?

    Yes, please consult our reception staff.

  • Do you have a coin laundry?

    Yes, there is one near the shared shower room for the Separate Single Rooms on the 1st floor.

  • Is there a smoking area?

    There is one outside and one on the 1st floor of the hotel building.
    *Smoking outside of the designated areas is prohibited throughout the building.

  • Is there a parking lot?

    There are 25 spaces (free) on the premises and 140 spaces in the Unoko Parking Lot nearby (free validation for hotel guests and 4-hour validation for restaurant customers)
